THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
My therapeutic approach is compassion focused and grounded in attachment theory using somatic therapies, mindfulness & creative arts to help you deepen your relationship with yourself and others.
In addition to EFT, I am Internal Family Systems informed and often incorporate creative journaling, sandtray work, and the enneagram.
I provide therapy in English and I am able to communicate with clients’ parents, partners, and family members in Spanish.
