I strive to create a warm and attuned environment, utilizing extensive training in psychodynamic therapy, attachment, mindfulness practices, Gestalt techniques, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to help process and make meaning of painful states as they arise. My hope is that our work together can help you find true acceptance and inner knowledge which can allow you to live authentically, expressively, and peacefully.
