Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides the opportunity to become aware of negative, habitual thinking patterns, experience a deep sense of joy and peace regardless of outside circumstances, increase closeness, understanding and connection in relationships, and transform feelings of shame, blame and resentment into release and acceptance.

Couples Therapy
Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), our therapists engage in experiential techniques in session to support couples in understanding their negative cycles, identify underlying feelings, and effectively express and receive needs and wants without distress.

We are here to help you navigate the unique challenges of college life such as feelings of loneliness and depression, peer and romantic relationships, roommate issues, academic pressures and anxiety, substance use, and concerns about post-college life.
