Our Services

We offer compassionate, mindful therapy for adults, couples, and college students in person and online.

Our team uses a variety of approaches such as EMDR, Mindfulness, Art Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic therapies.

  • Our therapists use a variety of attachment based techniques providing support and guidance to develop greater self-awareness, inner resources, and develop more deeply connected relationships.

  • Our team is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples; a research based counseling approach which helps couples improve communication and feel more connected, secure, and fulfilled in their relationship.

  • We are here to help you navigate the unique challenges of college life such as feelings of loneliness and depression, peer and romantic relationships, roommate issues, academic pressures and anxiety, substance use, and concerns about post-college life.

  • We offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for those seeking a specific approach to healing anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

EMDR is a structured therapy that supports clients in processing triggering and stressful memories by engaging in bilateral stimulation which can aid in the reduction of the intensity of the emotions associated with distressing memories.

EMDR therapy is for people of all ages (children and adults) and is used for a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression OCD, grief, PTSD, substance use and addiction, and many more.

  • An intensive is an accelerated therapy process that takes place over the course of 2-3 days. It’s private (just for the two of you) and designed according to the individual needs of your relationship.

By setting aside a few days outside your normal routine, it allows you to more deeply focus on the areas that you want to improve, without distraction, and fully immerse yourselves in the therapy process.

  • We offer various support groups throughout the year. You can learn more about our most recent offerings here: Support Groups
