THERAPEUTIC APPROACH

My therapeutic approach is creative, compassionate, and gentle yet direct. I will support you in identifying and moving through what blocks you from feeling more ease within yourself and your relationships so you can live a more a meaningful and connected life.

I holistically combine elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Somatics, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Polyvagal Theory, Humanistic and Transpersonal psychology to provide trauma-informed, attachment-based, and culturally humble individual, couples, and family therapy.
